ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes, all of our products are vegan friendly.

PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing, all products are handmade to order.

SHIPPING:

We provide USPS shipping with tracking, please allow 3-5 business days. Delays may occur beyond our control. If so, we will keep you updated through email about any delays.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at diosathebrand@gmail.com and our team will get this handled for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
